Description:
Performs no operation. The program counter is incremented, but processor state is
otherwise unaffected. Execution continues with the instruction following the NOP instruction.
The NOP instruction does not begin execution until all pending bus cycles are completed. This
synchronizes the pipeline, and prevents instruction overlap.
