The user should map two HHD and VAR group signals for GOOSE and REPORT for IEC 61850
communication using the GR-TIEMS. Table 4.3-14 and Table 4.3-15 show the required
mapping signals for HHD and VAR controls. Figure 4.3-17 shows how to map HHD signals.
