2. Set the item as follows.

rate is minimum.
4. Adjust D07 PB PHASE L2 so that the L2 error
rate is minimum.
5. Adjust D12 PB PHASE R1 so that the R1 error
rate is minimum.
6. Adjust D14 PB PHASE R2 so that the R2 error
rate is minimum.
