This trap can be generated when the MSB-2000 starts
up.
snmpLinkDownTrap

This trap is generated when communication linking
fails.
However, this is only issued when an MSBA-20IP is
installed, and when ifAdminStatus is changed from Up
to Down.

This trap can be generated when communication
linking is started.
However, this is only issued when an MSBA-20IP is

Down to Up.
