Explanation
The fixed voltage for the intermediate circuit entered in each MD 1161 is different for the axes of a two–axis mod-
ule. When a fixed voltage not equal to 0 is entered in MD 1161, it replaces the measured voltage of the intermedi-
ate circuit. The fixed voltages in MD 1161 for the axes on a module must be equal before they can be used.
MD 1161 for both axes = 0

Remedy

Explanation
When SINUMERIK Safety Integrated function MD 1301 is active, the measuring circuit monitoring motor
(inc.) MD 1600.4 must be active.
Remedy
Activate the measuring circuit monitoring motor (inc.) by setting MD 1600.4 = 0.
