Problems when Loading a Diskette
Observation Action
Nothing happens. 1. Check that the diskette is properly
inserted.
2. Is it the right diskette? Check
diskette label.
3. Try using a backup copy.
If the error persists, the diskette drive
may be faulty. Run the diskette drive
testin the Maintenance Program. See
Using the Maintenance Program later
in this chapter.
An error message
is displayed.
See the disk operating system or
application program documentation.
Service
When you are advised to have a unit serviced, call your authorized
Nokia Data service representative and report the problem, or send
the failing unit, circuit board, etc.. Refer to your service agreement
for information.
Transport
If you have to transport a unit to have it serviced, refer to the
Moving the System section later in this chapter for a description of
the preparation and packing procedure.
