Set the network configuration settings on the "CC-Link IE TSN Configuration" window. (Set the IP address for each
station.)

Click the [Close with Reflecting the Setting] button to close the "CC-Link IE TSN Configuration" window.

Set the refresh settings as follows.

Write the set parameters to the CPU module on the master station. Then, reset the CPU module or power off and on the
