Verify that the shunt valve is working and operating as it should.
1. Press M M e e n n u u .
2. Press S S e e r r v v i i c c e e P P a a g g e e .
3. Press H H a a r r d d w w a a r r e e S S t t a a t t u u s s .
4. Close the cooling media inlet (2).
5. Check that the shunt valve moves visually on the
Cooling System.
6. Check the indicator for S S h h u u n n t t V V a a l l v v e e W W a a t t e e r r M M i i x x in EBM
Control.

= Full by-pass

= No by-pass
7. Watch over time (about 15 min) when the internal
temperature rises, the shunt value should then
change.
8. When the external cooling media valves are opened
again, the shunt valve should adjust back.
9. The temperature should then stabilise at about
2 2 5 5 ° ° C C .
10. Fill in the value in the I I n n s s t t a a l l l l a a t t i i o o n n C C h h e e c c k k l l i i s s t t (IC).
