Before connecting helium to the machine, verify that the pressure regulator on the helium supply
bottle does not exceed 1 1 2 2 b b a a r r . Excessive pressure may cause damage to the internal helium
regulator and therefore damage the CV EBM inlet valve.
1. Connect the helium media supply hose to the Heli-
um inlet (1) on the system supply panel, located at
the back of the machine. A 6 6 m m m m pipe connection
with a ¼" hose adaptor is available on the panel.

Adjust the helium panel outlet (internal) pressure to 0 0 . . 8 8 b b a a r r (12 PSI) ± ± 1 1 0 0 % % . .

An internal helium line pressure a a b b o o v v e e 1 bar (15 PSI) might damage internal parts of the EBM
system.
The helium supply panel is located in the chamber cabinet.
1. Open the rear door to gain access to the pressure
regulator.
2. Loosen/remove the locking nut (2) that locks the
pressure regulator adjustment screw.
3. Adjust the helium pressure by turning the adjust-
ment screw (2):

4. When done adjusting, refit the locking nut.
