5.2 Troubleshooting the Fresh Air Integrated Unit

5 Common Faults and Troubleshooting Measures
Solution
● If a group of fresh air integrated units fails to
start, possibly the upstream power supply is
abnormal. Check the cable connections between
the upstream power cabinet and the fresh air
integrated units.
● If a single fresh air integrated unit fails to start,
check whether the corresponding circuit breaker
in the power cabinet has tripped. If not, check
whether the power cabinet works properly. If the
circuit breaker does not trip and the power
cabinet works properly, check the cable
connections to the fresh air integrated unit.
● If the power supply is normal, the mainboard
may be burnt. Replace the mainboard with a new
one as follows:
1) Remove the lower right cover from the
equipment. 2) Open the cover of the electric
control box. 3) Remove the cables from the
mainboard. 4) Remove the screws from the
mainboard, take out the mainboard, and replace
it with a new one. 5) Install the new mainboard
in a reverse order of steps 4 to 1.
1. Check whether the cables are securely connected.
2. Replace the mainboard. The replacement
procedure is as follows:
1) Remove the lower right cover from the
equipment. 2) Open the cover of the electric
control box. 3) Remove the cables from the
mainboard. 4) Remove the screws from the
mainboard, take out the mainboard, and replace
it with a new one. 5) Install the new mainboard
in a reverse order of steps 4 to 1.
