5 Common Faults and Troubleshooting Measures
Solution
1. Use a phase sequence meter to test the two
power inputs and check whether the power
supplies are normal. If they are abnormal, check
the upstream power loop and rectify cable
connection faults until the power supplies recover.
2. If the upstream power supplies are normal, check
whether the phase sequence of the ATS input
power cables is correct. If not, power off the
equipment and reconnect the input power cables
in the correct phase sequence.
1. Use a multimeter to measure the two power
inputs and check whether the power supplies are
normal. If they are abnormal, check the upstream
power loop and rectify any faults until the power
supplies recover.
2. If the power supplies are normal, the ATS
controller is faulty. Replace the 8D controller by
following 1 to 5.
