SHOCK HAZARD — The ApexPro Telemetry Server must not
be located in the patient vicinity as a shock hazard may exist,
unless the medical electrical system standard, IEC 60950 is
followed. The ApexPro Telemetry Server is UL 60950/IEC 60950
certified equipment which may not meet the leakage requirements
of patient care area equipment.
The ApexPro Telemetry Server operates reliably within normal office
environmental limits. Select a site that meets these criteria:
Clean and reasonably free of excess dust.
Well ventilated and away from sources of heat.
Away from sources of vibration or physical shock.
The ApexPro Telemetry Server should NOT be installed in a patient care area. It
should be installed and located with other IT equipment, such as a server rack or
cabinet.
