Possible Reason
Loss of both hard drives.
Discharged SNMP card
battery.
Dead SNMP card battery.
incorrect SNMP card

(reversed polarity).
SNMP card failure.
Incorrectly connected
SNMP cable.
Misconfigured IP address.
Temperature sensor failure.
Dust or debris in fans or
filters.
System fan failure.
Failure of CDROM drive.
Loose or disconnected

Replace both hard drives.
AC power outage will
discharge SNMP battery.
Plug ApexPro Telemetry
Server into a working outlet
and recharge battery
Replace SNMP card

cable.
Reconfigure IP address.
Replace temperature
sensor.
Clean system.
Replace fans.
Replace CD drive.
