Troubleshooting: Event Logs
Use this window to view ApexPro and Windows Dr. Watson log files, as follows:
5. Select the log files you want to view from the ApexPro Logs and/or Dr. Watson
Log lists. Click Reset to deselect all files.

6. Click Submit. The selected log files display.

At the end of each day, log files are compressed into.bfp files. Because of this,
current day log files are uncompressed. Uncompressed files cannot be
downloaded using the Download Logs window. To view and download current
day log files, see "View Logs"
