Troubleshooting: Event Logs
Telemetry statistics (Telestat) logs are useful when troubleshooting communication
problems between devices in the telemetry system.
1.
Log in to the Webmin application according to

2.
Click the Diagnostics tab.
3.
Click the Telestat link under the Diagnostics menu along the left side of the
window.
4.
Click to select the logs you want to download. Click Reset to deselect selected
logs.

Ctrl + click to select multiple items from the lists.
5.
Click Submit. A new window containing links for downloading the selected
logs displays.
6.
Click a log you want to download.
7.
Click Save. The Save As window displays.
8.
Navigate to a location to save the log, and type a name for the logs, or accept the
default. Click Save.
9.
Close the Download complete window in one of the following ways:
a.
To open the downloaded file, click Open.
b.
To open the Windows Explorer folder where the file was saved, click Open
Folder.
c.
Click Close to close the Download complete window without performing
any additional tasks.
d.
Select the Close this dialog box when download completes, and the
Download complete window closes automatically when the download
operation is finished.
