6. When finished entering
number, press the Enter key. The
following screen will appear:
KMC MODEM
RS232 PCMCIA
7. Use the key to select RS232. The
following screen will appear:
KMC TO KVL
DOWNLOAD
DIALING
8. The KVL 3000 will dial and connect with
the KMC via the modem connection. The
display shows the progress of the
connection process. Once connected,
the keys will be downloaded. During this
time, the display will show a single digit
(first a 1, then a 2) sequentially scrolling
back and forth across the display. This
process can take several minutes.
