KVL 3000 User's Guide
Purpose of Manual
This manual provides step by step instructions for using the KVL 3000 Key
Variable Loader to create and store encryption keys, and then load these
encryption keys into other Motorola secure equipment, such as radios,
fixed encryption units, etc.
Target Audience
This manual is intended for use by experienced technicians familiar with
similar types of equipment. Technicians should understand encryption
concepts and be familiar with other types of Motorola encryption
equipment.
