2. Apply manual pressure to the Rear Inlay as
follows:
3. Place both thumbs on point 1 (in the middle of
the Inlay) and slide them out to point 2.
4. Place both thumbs on point 3 and slide them out
to point 4.
5. Place both thumbs on point 5 and slide them out
to point 6.
6. Place both thumbs on point 7 and slide them out
to point 8.
7. Place both thumbs on point 9 and slide them out
to point 10.
8. Place both thumbs on point 11 and slide them
out to point 12.
