Routing can be either
circular (cycles to all
phones in group) or pri-
ority (cycles to highest
priority extensions
first).

When Busy
Use this option to set
how the system routes
an Intercom call to a
busy Department
Group member. Inter-
com callers to the
extension can either
hear busy or route to
the first available
department number.
This only occurs for
calls to the extension
directly, not the depart-
ment number.
