Cause
Calibration data is not
stored in the I/O module.
Analog signals are not
working with full accuracy.
Override new start required
Pre-heating is being per-
formed
Override active warning.
Motor is operating in stall
region.
Motor current is too high.
Brake resistor fault.
Brake resistor short circuit
or fault in brake chopper.
Brake resistor temperature
exceeded warning limit.
No brake resistor data.
What to do
Replace I/O module.
The safe torque off function was act-
ive and has been reset while in Over-
ride. A new start signal is required in
order to start the drive again.
Informative warning. Motor pre-heat-
ing is active. Current specified by
parameter 21.16 Pre-heating time
delay is being passed through the
motor.
Informative warning. See parameter
70.02 Override enable.
Check motor load, drive ratings and
fault function parameters.
Check for overloaded motor
Adjust the parameters used for the
motor overload function.
(35.51...35.53, 35.55, 35.56)
Check brake resistor.
Check brake chopper and brake res-
istor connections.
Stop the drive. Let resistor cool down.
Check resistor overload protection
function settings, warning limits, res-
istor dimensioning and braking cycle
limits.
3 - maximum continuous power not given
Check resistor data settings.
