Connect all necessary cables before powering on the Box 700. 4.3 Indicator By checking the status of the indicator on a Box 700, you can determine its operating status and ensure that it is working properly with other videoconferencing devices. Table 4-3 shows the Box 700 status corresponding to each indicator status.
Connect the Touch to a network port on the switch to which the Box 700 connects. Connect the Touch to the Wi-Fi hotspot on the Box 700 or connect the Touch and the Box 700 to the same Wi-Fi hotspot on the network where they are located.
Touch. 4.5 External Camera The Box 700 can connect to Huawei's HD cameras VPC600, VPC620, and VPC800 and Huawei's intelligent camera VPT300. VPC600/VPC620 The VPC600 and VPC620 support HD resolutions such as 1080p 60 fps, 1080i, and 720p.
Product Overview 4 Product Structure Figure 4-7 VPT300 4.6 Microphone Array The Box 700 can connect to the HUAWEI VPM220 microphone array shown in Figure 4-8. The VPM220 provides dual-channel wideband audio, delivering a superior audio experience. Figure 4-8 VPM220 High-quality audio The VPM220 supports a sampling rate of up to 48 kHz and a full frequency range.
The uPortal will then generate an activation code and send the code to you by SMS or email. After the Box 700 is powered on for the first time, you can activate it and access the Huawei cloud video conferencing service by entering the activation code.
(convergent conference) networking scenarios. Voice Commands You can say "Hi, Scotty" or "Hey, Scotty" to the connected microphone of the Box 700 to wake up "Scotty", the intelligent voice assistant, and then operate the Box 700 using voice commands.
4K provides excellent clarity and lifelike detail, with a resolution four times that of 1080p, on a larger screen. The Box 700 supports H.265-based encoding and decoding for both video and content, and can deliver 4K ultra-HD video and content through Huawei's VME technology.
90p to 720p. The CloudMCU then forwards the video streams. In total, the Box 700 can receive a maximum of 16-channel video streams, and the resolution is determined by the actual bandwidth. The maximum resolution is 720p.
The Box 700 connects to the IWB through the HDMI video output port. To use the reverse control function during content sharing over a cable, the IWB must be connected through the USB Type-A port.
5.9 Split-Screen Display When the Box 700 is connected to a third-party IWB and the collaboration capability is enabled, the split-screen display mode is supported. This means that the local whiteboard, open applications, shared presentation, and whiteboard shared by remote sites can be displayed in two equal windows, with the one that you open first displayed on the left and the second on the right.
