6.15.3 Defined Values
<index>: integer value, which indicates the position in the storage.
<stat>: message type:

<fo>: depending on the command or result code: first octet of 3GPP TS 23.040
SMS-DELIVER, SMS-SUBMIT (the default value is 17), SMS-STATUS-REPORT, or
SMS-COMMAND (the default value is 2) in integer format.
<mr>: message-reference.
<toda>: Type-of-Destination-Address.
<length>: integer value, which indicates the number of bytes of PDU data.
<pdu>: protocol data unit. Its format is the same as defined in section "Message list
command".
<oa./da>: originating address/Destination address. Same as defined in SCA. Total
2–12Otects. Therefore, the longest address in the OA segment contains 20 digits.
<scts>: Service-Centre-Time-Stamp.
<data>: data unit to send.

"STO UNSENT" stored unsent message (only applicable to SMS)

stored sent message (only applicable to SMS)

all messages (only applicable to +CMGL command)
If the message doesn‟t exist, the READ command will return OK.
