Function
The -t pf_tx_rate -l command is used to set the TX rate limit of a specified PF.
Format
hinicadm sdi_cfg -i <devicename> -t pf_tx_rate -l <cir,cbs,pir,pbs>

cir,cbs,pir,pbs Indicates the TX rate limit.
