3) Shift down the green lever.

4) When the staple cartridge has slightly slid
out, hold and pull it out.

5) Shift down the tab on the staple cartridge.

6) Remove all staples that have slid out of the
staple case.
7) Return the tab on the staple cartridge to its
original position.
8) Return the staple cartridge to its original
position, and close the front cover.
Reference
When the cover has been closed, the stapler
unit will automatically execute idle punching
several times to advance the staples.
