3. Lift the clip on the rear of the flex module, and then slide the flex module cover to the rear of the flex
module.

4. Depending on whether you are installing or replacing a seven-segment display, do one of the following:
• If you are installing a seven-segment display, press the two clips toward each other as shown and
push the dummy bezel out of the flex module.

• If you are replacing a seven-segment display, do the following:
a. Disconnect the seven-segment display cable from the system board. See Parts on the system
board.
