Cisco SPA300 and SPA500 Series IP Phones with Cisco Unified Communications UC320W
Use the Do Not Disturb feature to prevent incoming calls from ringing your phone.
Calls to your personal extensions are forwarded to the specified Call
Forward Busy/No Answer number.
Intercom calls and pages are blocked.
Calls to shared extensions, shared lines, and hunt groups may be answered
by other users but will not ring your phone.
You can use star codes for this feature. For more information, see
Codes, page
70. On Cisco SPA301 and SPA501G, this feature is available only
by using the star codes.
