Placing a Call
1.
C h o o s e an audio d e v i c e .
U s e the handset: Lift it off hook.
U s e the phone s p e a k e r : Press
U s e a headset (not included): Press

Press a line button (optional). If you d o not
c h o o s e a line button, t h e first button is u s e d b y
default.

Dial an extension n u m b e r or an external number.
Dialing an External Number
Dial from a s h a r e d F X O (trunk) line: Enter the
phone number, including any long-distance prefix
required by your phone service. No access c o d e is
needed.
Dial from a personal extension (if allowed): Enter
the access code, such as {§). Enter the phone
number, including any long-distance prefix
required by your phone service. Check w i t h your
phone administrator for details.
Answering a Call
Press [ Answer ] , or choose an audio device, as
d e s c r i b e d below.
U s e the handset: Lift it off hook.
U s e the phone s p e a k e r : Press
H.
U s e a headset (not included): Press
N O T E
If multiple lines are ringing, press the navigation
button to display call information. Select a call, and
then p r e s s [ Answer ] .
Ending a Call
Press [ End Call ]. Alternatively, depending on the audio
device in use, replace the handset, press HI, or press
