Many malfunctions and faults that can occur in daily operation can be easily
remedied. You can save time and money in many cases, as you do not need to call
the Miele Customer Service Department.

The following tables are designed to help you to find the cause of a malfunction or a
fault and to resolve it.

Cause and remedy

As soon as the oven is switched on, the main menu will
appear. If you want the time of day to be displayed con-

Check that the oven plug is correctly inserted into the
socket and switched on.
Check whether the circuit breaker has tripped. Contact a
qualified electrician or the Miele Customer Service De-
partment.
The buzzers are deactivated or set at too low a volume.

You can select menu options in the display and the sensor
controls, but the oven heating does not work.

gramme using microwave power.
Make sure you have entered a microwave power level and
a cooking duration.

not all of the required settings have been entered.
