INTRODUCTION
Each type of Searchline Excel gas detector consists of two units, a Transmitter and a Receiver.
This separate Transmitter/Receiver configuration provides the most reliable basis for open path
gas detection. For Marine Certified versions and to ensure compliance with this approval, please
refer to Appendix D for details of the maritime mounting brackets and associated hardware.
