Retrieve Name
Retrieves data about a specified name from the file. Input an appropriate name when
the program displays the prompt "NAME?". The program then searches the file for the
associated data and displays part of the data. If it is part of the desired data, press any
key except the N key and the program will display the data. If it is irrelevant to the
desired data, press the N key to continue the retrieve operation. If the data for the
specified name is not found, the program displays "DATA NOT FOUND." In this case,
press the RETURN key, and the program returns to the menu.

Tabulate
In this mode, all the data in a file can be output on the printer. When the program
displays the prompt "PRINTER SET? (Y/N)," check that the printer is ready, and
press the RETURN key. The printer prints the item names, followed by all the associ-
ated data. At the end of the printout the program returns to the menu.

Print Address
In this mode, names and addresses can be printed for direct mailing. If you wish to
print a specific name and address, press the T key. If you wish to print all names and
addresses, press the A key. When you press the T key, the program displays the prompt
"WHICH NAME." Specify the name by its associated number in the table obtained by

Tabulate. After the name and address are printed, the program automatically
returns to the menu. If labels are to be printed, change the TAB and LPRINT state-
ments in the program according to the appropriate print width.

Entry new item
This program provides three extra items for reference information for the user. In this
mode, the program displays the current item name (the initial value is*). Specify the
item number

to be entered and the program will display the prompt "NAME?".
Input the item name. After one item has been entered the program returns to the menu.

The program displays menu 1.

Terminates program execution. Note that when data is changed, a Save Data must be
executed before terminating the program.
