5.1 Remove the server from the rack
Refer to the HP Quick Deploy Rail System Installation Instructions at the following HP website for
removing the server from the rack.

5.2 Removing the access panel
5.2.1 To remove the access panel
1. Turn off the server.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the power source.
3. Disconnect the power cord from the server.
4. Remove the server from the rack and place it on a flat surface.

A Local Control Network Processor (LCNP) board and LCN Media Access Unit (MAU)
are no longer used if the Server has been upgraded to be an ELCN node
