If the camera has a microSD card installed, the Local tab displays the microSD card details.
Note
This function is not supported by model HBW2PER1V.

You can set up the installed microSD card for read-only, read-and-write, or hot swap
operation by clicking the corresponding button.
Read Only: Data on card can be displayed but not modified.
Read & Write: Data on card can be displayed and modified.
Hot Swap: Card can be inserted or removed without turning off the camera.
If you want to erase all the data on the microSD card, click Format. A confirmation message
appears. Click OK to continue. The card is formatted and the camera reboots.
SFTP
On the SFTP tab, you can enable the SFTP storage function. When enabled, event-triggered
video and snapshots (either scheduled or motion detection, depending on what you chose in
Figure
8-3) will be saved to the specified SFTP server.
Function
Select Scheduled, Motion Detection, or Alarm.
Select to save files to the microSD card
Select to save files to the SFTP server.
Select to save files to the NAS disk.
