Troubleshooting Telephony Configuration
To Troubleshoot Telephony Configuration
Check that the information you entered into MeetingTime from the worksheets in the Installation
Step 1
Planning Guide for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace is correct.
Check all the physical connections to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server system.
Step 2
For the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8112, check that no LEDs are in a bad state. (Refer to the

Administration Guide for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server at
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/ps5664/ps5669/prod_maintenance_guides_list.html
explanation of the LEDs.)
Step 4
If you made any changes to the MeetingTime configuration, access the CLI and enter restart.
Step 5
After the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server system comes back up, repeat the testing
procedures.
