To Connect the Telephony Cables for a T1 CAS/IP Cisco Unified MeetingPlace System
Locate the following items that shipped with the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server:

Attach the far end of the first T1 CAS telephony cable to the equipment that will connect with Cisco
Unified MeetingPlace.
In many cases, the other equipment has an RJ-48c socket in which to plug the T1 CAS telephony cable.
Alternately, the other equipment will be connected to a punchdown block. In this case, you will need to
determine the block's connection diagram and then connect to it with discrete wires from the cable.
