Chapter 5 - Servicing an Experion Orion Console
Cause
An overload in upwards direction has occurred. There may be caused
by a weight that exceed the specified limits on the work surface or slat
rails, and the lift columns are unable to lift this weight
Solution
Remove any weights that exceed the specified weight limits for the lift
columns and try raising the work surface again.
Diagnostic check
Error code: E03
Cause
An overload in downwards direction has occurred. There may be an
object on top of the equipment tray or located in front of the
equipment tray that is stopping the work surface from lowering.
Solution
Remove any obstructions between the equipment tray and the work
surface, or the floor and the work surface, and try lowering the work
surface again.
Diagnostic check
Error code: E16
Cause
An invalid key sequence has occurred, such as holding down two
buttons on the work surface lift control at the same time.
Solution
Wait 4 seconds for the error code to disappear, and then try your
action again.
