ISA100_JOIN_STATUS:
The stack specific join status request is sent by the Sensor board to the Radio to know the
network join status from the Radio. The Radio sends a response to the Sensor with the current
join status. The request message has a data length of 0, whereas the response message has a 1-
byte data value of join status.
