Make a Phone Call

Once the phone is activated, you can make a phone call.
1. On the Start screen, tap
2. Tap the keypad icon to enter the number, and then touch the Call button to dial

Answer the Phone

When you receive a phone call, the Incoming Call screen opens, showing the caller
ID. All incoming calls are recorded in the Call log. If you miss a call, you receive a
notification.

Make an Emergency Phone Call

You can use the phone to make an emergency phone call, even if the SIM card is
missing from your UMTS phone or if you do not have a valid CDMA account. In
either case, the phone shows that you have no service. However, if you dial certain
emergency numbers (such as 112, 911, 000, 08, 118, 119, or 999) the call will go
through.
