Fax Activity Report

The Fax Activity Report is a printed log that shows the results of send and receive jobs. The Fax
Activity Report can be printed at a specified time or it can be printed automatically when the
number of send and receive transmissions reaches 40. The send and receive logs can also be
printed separately.
A copy of the Fax Activity Report can be printed at any time from the System Monitor screen.

NOTE
• This mode is available only if the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed.
• If the optional iR Security Kit is activated and Job Log Display in System Settings (from the Additional
Functions screen) is set to 'Off', [Fax Activity Report] is not displayed.
• If the optional iR Security Kit is activated and Job Log Display in System Settings (from the Additional
Functions screen) is changed from 'Off' to 'On', the following settings are switched to 'Off' automatically:
- Auto Print
- Daily Activity Report Time

<Auto Print>:
[On]: The Activity Report is automatically printed when the number of send and receive
transmissions reaches 40.
[Off]: The Activity Report is not automatically printed when the number of send and receive
transmissions reaches 40.
<Daily Activity Report Time>:
[On]: The Fax Activity Report is printed at the specified time.
[Off]: The Daily Activity Report Time setting is not specified.
