Pull away the weatherstrip, and remove the left
kick panel (two clips).
WEATHERSTRIP

If equipped, remove the driver's dashboard under
cover (turn the knob counterclockwise, and
release two clips and pin).

Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover (eight
clips).
