Where size is one of the following:
Image Resolution:
1: 160x120
2: 320x240
3: 640x480
Where quality is one of the following:
1: Very high
2: High
3: Normal
4: Low
5: Very low

To make a snapshot of a 640x480 high quality JPEG image from network camera
