Mapping for IEC 61850 communication

The PWRQTY function can operate over IEC 61850 communications with following mapping
at GR-TIEMS. The function is designed for the class of "Single Point Controller (SPC)" in the
IEC 61850 standard. The user should follow these steps, each of which is discussed below:

The user will need to create a logical node (LN) for the PWRQTY function. Figure 4.3-14
exemplifies the editing of a LN; the LN "General Input/Output (GGIO)" is chosen for the
PWRQTY function for the IEC 61850 communication. After the user has defined an object
"SPCSO", the PWRQTY logical node can be saved with the name "GGIO" plus "LN Instance".
Create a definition of the object "SPCSO" in PWRQTY logical node. Either the SBO mode or
the DIR mode can be chosen in the editing for the LN.

Figure 4.3-15 exemplifies the settings in LN "GGIO701" when the SBO mode is required for
HHD resetting in the function. In the SBO control, the user should select the following items
for the "GGIO701$SPCSO" using GR-TIEMS;
