Cancel logic for SBO mode

In the SBO control mode, the reception of a cancel command is possible in both HHD and VAR
resetting. The function will discard the select command, if the cancel has been satisfied.
Receiving "Cancel of HHD resetting" from the remote-end

Figure 4.3-11 shows the logic when a "Cancel command (Remote-Cancel)" signal is applied to
the HHD resetting. The input-point "PWRQ_HHD_RSTREQ" is the same as the "Selection
command (Remote-Reset-Control)" signal.
