The error level has been set at level 3 (Minor error; default), but the user can change it with
using settings [CHK_SGMIY-A:LVL], [CHK_SGMIY-B:LVL], and [CHK_SGMIY-C:LVL] at phase-
A/ B/C. Remember that On should be set for settings [CHK_SGMIY-A:Sw], [CHK_SGMIY-B:Sw],
and [CHK_SGMIY-C:Sw].
