Maintenance jobs
Function Description
Filter symbol ... The header indicates whether a filter is enabled for the
Machines (999) maintenance jobs shown in the list, along with the filter
conditions and the number of filtered maintenance jobs.
Number of lines The number in the display indicates the number of lines
per screen that can be shown in this menu. 1 to 200 main-
tenance jobs can be selected. A scroll bar will then be
displayed on the screen.
The maintenance job can be opened.
The system changes to the maintenance job screen.
Machine ID Display of the machine ID from the machine master data
which differs for the same job depending on whether the
maintenance job list is viewed from the point of view of
any given partner, or from your point of view
Notice:
The machine ID is not unique, it can be different for the
same machine depending on the particular organization.
Job number Unique, consecutive numbers for maintenance jobs which
are automatically generated by the system in order to
avoid misunderstandings in communication
Icon generated automatically by the system for the pur-
pose of classifying the maintenance job. The icons are
assigned as follows:

Description
No matter how the maintenance jobs were
once initiated, only the completed jobs can be
selected.
The filter can also be used to select the other
statuses and precisely not this one, in order
that these jobs do not appear in the selection
list.
The due status can be used to specifically
select which maintenance jobs should be con-
tained in the selection result.
If the due status is set as filter, but no status is
selected, then the result list will be empty.
In order that specific plans can be made, the
selection list can be generated specifically for
a certain organization.
