No-load monitoring, blocking protection, stall protection

No-load monitoring
If the inverter current is below the value of p1279 for the time set in p1280, message "Output
load not available" is output via r2197.11.
Applications: Fans and conveyor belts
Set the current value for no-load detection in p2179. You can deactivate the no-load
monitoring function with p2179 = 0.
Set the delay time for the no-load detection in p2180.
Blocking protection
If the speed is below the value of p1275 for the time set in p2177, message "Motor blocked"
is output via r2198.6.
Applications: Extruders and mixers
Set the speed for blocking protection in p2175. Deactivate blocking protection with
p2175 = 0.
Set the delay time for blocking protection in p2177.
Stall protection
If the value in p1746 is above the value of p1745 for the time set in p2178, message "Motor
stalled" is output via r2198.7.
Applications: General system protection
Set the value for stall monitoring in p1745. Generally, the factory setting (5 %) provides good
results. If, for this setting, the motor stalls too early, then you have the option of determining
a better value by using the trace function. To do this, set p1745 = 100.
Set the delay time for stall protection in p2178.
