logic level voltage (0 – 0.3V). If not replace N82.
Otherwise check V87 and V82. Voltage at gate pin of V82 should be one
third of the voltage seen at plus terminal of C89. Voltages at LCDVEE line
and C89 plus terminal must be practically equal.
