RECORDING SECTION
• Pickup jam
This jam occurs in the following two instances:
4–20
• when the pickup sensor cannot detect the leading edge of the recording
paper within a specified period of time after the pickup operation has
started
• when the sensor cannot detect the trailing edge of the recording paper
within a specified period of time after the sensor has detected the lead-
ing edge of the recording paper
