The following shows the setting example of ODBC setting in the following conditions.

*1 A data source name can be set arbitrary.
The name set in this setting is used as a name to be entered for "Data Source Name" under "Target Server Individual Settings" in "Target
Server Settings."
*2 The server name is a host name or IP address for accessing a PostgreSQL database.

Start ODBC Data Source Administrator.

Select the [System DSN] tab and click the [Add] button.
3.
Select "PostgreSQL Unicode", and click the [Finish]
button.
4.
Set the following items.
• Data source name: SAMPLE
• Server name: SAMPLESRV
5.
Specify a database for "Database", and enter a user
name and password.
6.
Click the [Test] button. When the connection is
established normally, the "Testing Connection" screen
will appear.
7.
Click the [Save] button in the "PostgreSQL Unicode
ODBC Driver (psqlODBC) Setup" screen.
8.
Click the [OK] button in the "ODBC Data Source
Administrator" screen.
