2. Remove the freezer evaporator cover; see Section 030-4.20.
3. Remove the lighting assembly.
4. Remove the appropriate temperature monitor. See Figure 030-47, Item 1.

4.23 Removing the Freezer Drain Channel & Defrost Heaters (R17/4, R17/2)
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2. Remove the freezer evaporator cover; see Section 030-4.20.
3. Disconnect the heater connections (Figure 030-48, Items 1 and 2).
4. Press in the left and right retaining tabs (Figure 030-48, Item 3); pull the
heater holder plate forward and down to remove.
5. Remove the appropriate heater(s).
