Selecting Camera
Use the Select Camera setting for each checker to select scanning for the image
captured by either camera A or Camera B.
If only one camera is connected, or if the setting for the capture camera in the Type
menu is something other than AB, it is not possible to select anything but A (otherwise,
an error message will be displayed).
